Program Format & Investment
This isn’t a course.
It’s not a step-by-step method.
And it’s not something you have to be “ready for.”
But if you feel called to begin, here’s what working with me looks like:
We meet once a week, for 24 weeks.
Each session is long enough to feel unhurried – usually around 90 minutes.Between sessions, you’ll have email access, reflection prompts, and gentle somatic tools.
The work is quiet, steady, and shaped by what your nervous system needs – not what a plan demands.
Some people start feeling different after the first week.
For others, it’s a slow exhale. Both are welcome.
The 24-week 1:1 experience is 2.500 €.
